The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Eaton Corporation for Eaton batteries P/N: 93PM 60-100kva, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
