Solicitation N00421-23-Q-0340 is issued as a competitive procurement to obtain electronic Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) equipment or equivalent onto one buy to complete the Software Support Activity (SSA) Test Racks for the Joint Precision Approach Landing System (JPALS). The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
