Solicitation N0042123Q0283 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source to Cannon Load Banks who is the OEM of the Load Banks. The new equipment that is going to be combined with the Government’s existing Cannon Load Banks and will be compatible because the original manufacturer is going to be used for the service provider. All new equipment will be specific to Cannon Load Banks under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. Responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 5:00 pm est. on 19 May 2023. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
