The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit theproposed purchase order on a Brand Name/ Sole Source basis with Pratt & Whitney Measurement Systems, Inc. . under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part. The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher.
