The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Ezio Rugged Solutions Inc. for Condor NVP2000xPF - XMC Form Factor NVIDIA Quadro P2000 GP107 GPU P/N: 19-0270-01 and HPx-250 Radar/IFF Acquisition Compact PMC P/N: 76-161-120, items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
