Solicitation N0042123Q0043 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Viavi Solutions Inc. for 45TS-CCIOD; Certified Calibration with Incoming and Outgoing DATA - 45TS items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Viavi Solutions Inc. a Small Business. Vendors must be authorized distributor and provide documentation.
