This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for DDN hardware support. The DDN hardware will provide the object storage solution on the NAVAIR RDT&E network. The specific features that set DDN apart are disk efficiency and scalability. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Please include your CAGE Code Government contracts are governed by the rules and regulations of the FAR. We are restricted from signing any MLA (Master License Agreements), EULA, SWA etc. without review and approval of our Legal Dept. All secondary agreements contemplated as an addition to the contract shall be provided as an attachment to the quote. Please see attached RFQ. All equipment must be TAA compliant. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time, 3 May 2022.
