The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Maintenance must be GibbsCam to ensure compatibility, and functionality. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00pm est., on 21 Dec 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
