If the Government decides to exercise the options, you will receive an intent to exercise option memo via email each year. · . Solicitation N0042122T0013-2 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. The items must be Garmin, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 Garmin is the sole developer and supplier of aircraft instrumentation. Each piece of equipment is mandatory for integration of the Garmin System. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. . Award all or none Please include your Cage Code. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above N0042122T0013-2 on your quote. Items must be brand new. Please include your Cage Code. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Only quotes from authorized Garmin distributors will be considered. Please include your Garmin L.O.A. with a quote. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00pm., on 3 May 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
