The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of Computer Automated Three dimensional Imagine Application V5/V6 (CATIA V5R2021), Enterprise inNOVation Interactive Application (ENOVIA) server and client software annual maintenance, AKA 3DExperience. This acquisition is Brand Name Specific. See attached RFQ and Brand Name Justification for further details. A certification of authorized reseller status issued by the manufacturer must be submitted with all quotes to be considered. The Period of Performance shall be from 08 September 2022 to 07 September 2023. Follow on to N0042121C0046. Q&A- asked and answered 8/30/2022 Q1: “In order to provide a formal quote, we need to know if these licenses are intended to be purchased or rented annually?” A1: The actual licenses were purchased many years ago, also known as the perpetual license cost. We currently pay the annual maintenance for these licenses. Q2: “Also, some of the licenses requested are either named user or shareable and we would need to know the preferred option”. A2: Licenses are either named user or shareable based on functionality. There is no one or the other option for licenses. They are set by the vendor per functionality.
