The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Integrated Command and Control (C2) & Intelligence Systems (IC2&IS) Division has been tasked by the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) to maintain interoperability between existing electronic learning (e-learning) courses and the current Learning Management System (LMS) for the Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) College of Distance Education and Training. Rustici Content Controller software is currently in use by the Marine Corps to maintain interoperability between existing e-learning courses and the current LMS. The Rustici Content Controller software ensures that MarineNet, the Marine Corps distance learning network, complies with Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards set forth by the Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 1322.26 issued on 16 June 2006.
