The NAVAIR National Help Desk (NHD) has a requirement for recurring maintenance on Symon System utilized by the NAVAIR National Help Desk. This Proposed source is Korbyt and its authorized resellers.Symon Systems are utilized by the NAVAIR National Help Desk. This system consists of 259 systems spread throughout 17 different customers throughout the DOD. Symon application allows customer areas to display digital communications and metrics to a common display board which can be seen by a large group of teams rather than on personal computers. This system also allows internal and external data and communications to be displayed to support customers. Symon displays allows communication and data to be expanded throughout various teams and groups seamlessly in support of our customers and their communication needs. Korbyt maintenance provides updates and system health checks to ensure each system runs seamlessly as possible providing the most up to date data and communications.
