The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation DBA: GTARC for items AN/APN-246 Prototype Interface Requirement Document (IRD) P/N: 43603-01512 & AN/SPN-46 X-Band Upgrade Ship System & Subsystem System Requirements Specifications (SRS) P/N: 43603-01513, under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Time on 31 August 2022.
