The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with CPI ESSCO INC for Composite Sandwich Radome P/N: SC16-87, Anchor Bolt Template P/N: ABT-SC16-87 & Anchor Bolt Hardware Kit P/N: ABH-SC16-87 items listed under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Vendor must be Authorized Distributor/Reseller. You must submit documentation that you are authorized distributor with response. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
