Solicitation N0042122Q0494 (attached) is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basic and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Cohesity DataProtect and DataPlatform Subscription and Support Renewal for the Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATC&LS), as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED – Items must be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Vendor must be an Authorized Distributor/Reseller and must submit signed documentation verifying that they are an authorized distributor. *MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT* OR *PROVIDE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN* ***Instruction to Offerors*** Solicitation closing date/time is firm.
