Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 19 August 2022. Solicitation N0042122Q0471 is issued as a sole source procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Electromet Corporation for items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR 13.106-1(b). Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submissionof an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This notice is intent to sole source with Electromet Corporation a Small Business. Vendors must be authorized distributor. Must submit documentation that you are an authorized distributor with your response. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Time on 19 August 2022. A determination by the Government not compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
