Solicitation N0042122Q0384 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Veracity Technology Consultants, LLC for Veracity enterprise license with support and development, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement. Therefore, the Offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. The quote must contain enough technical information to be evaluated and will only be evaluated on the information provided. All items must be TAA compliant. All items must be brand new. This notice is intent to sole source with Veracity Technology Consultants, LLC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00 P.M EST 18 July 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
