The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for JPS Interoperability Solutions, Inc. for ACU-T Bundle W5 Modules P/N: 5030-210000 as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Part FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
