Solicitation N0042122Q0188 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with SCI Technology Inc. for items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Must be Authorized SCI Technology, Inc. Distributor/Reseller. Vendor must provide documentation with offer. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
