Statement of Work Atlantic Test Ranges Software License/Maintenance Agreement Procurement Joint Range Extension (JRE) Help Desk Support Background The Atlantic Test Ranges requires annual Help Desk Support for the Joint Range Extension (JRE) system (JRE Serial number, 5170). A JRE system provides multipoint, interoperability, Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) tactical connectivity between Link-16 networks and Command and Control (C2) platforms. The systems are critical components in the successful execution of Tactical Digital Information Link J (TADIL-J) messages and other Distributed Mission Operations. Scope Annual Help Desk support will provide a service where Atlantic Test Range technicians can contact the vendor for technical assistance. Objectives/Tasks The contractor shall provide the following to support the JRE. 3.1.1 Help Desk Support: Telephonic technical Support for JRE system via the toll-free JRE Help Line, email (NIPRNET), and the JRE Website shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year. 3.1.2. Fault Isolation Support. The contractor shall provide Help Desk personnel to provide over-the-phone assistance to help isolate problems with the JRE. 3.1.3. Web-Site Access. The contractor shall provide Help Desk subscription to allow access privileges higher than those provided to “Guests” which allows more detailed access of help features within the JRE Website. 3.1.4. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Assistance. The contractor shall provide real-time personal assistance to isolate Hardware system problems and timely RMA approval for returning suspected hardware to the Engility facility for further analysis and/or repair. 3.1.5. Software Baseline Upgrades. The contractor shall provide JRE Software Baseline Updates (including operating system) that are maintained to current DISA Field Security Operations Security Readiness Review (SRR) scripts. Any software upgrades that may occur during that support period shall also be included. 4.0 Delivery This is a services based contract in which the Period of Performance will be used as the Delivery driver pertaining to the schedule.
