Solicitation N0042121T0017 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. Batteries and pads are replacement part for an existing AED LifePak 500 unit. The Defibrillators must be Lifepac items, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The CR2 is a name brand AED that is recommended by the Fire Department as the appropriate replacement for the Lifpac 500 AED units. .Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. . Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Please include your Cage Code. Only quotes from the OEM or authorized distributors will be evaluated. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-21-T-XXXX) on your quote. Items must be brand new. Please include your Cage Code. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order ***Date of Delivery ARO will be an evaluation factor Only quotes from authorized Lifepac distributors will be considered. Please include your L.O.A. with a quote. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00pm., on 26-Aug-2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
