The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. The requested maintenance must be Desktop Metal Studio Printer Maintenance to ensure compatibility with existing equipment and avoid the costs of certifying other equipment, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 .Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Please include your Cage Code. Only quotes from the OEM or authorized distributors will be evaluated. Please include your L.O.A. with a quote. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-21-T-XXXX) on your quote. . Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00pm., EST on 2 June 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
