The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. The maintenance must be Juniper under the authority of FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. The integrity of the network would be at stake if new hardware configurations/platforms were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. It is of critical importance that the manufacturer, models, and capabilities are consistent. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none Only quotes from authorized distributors will be evaluated. Your LOA must accompany your quote.
