This requirement is for a single award contract to provide RDT&E laboratory technical support and business operations and management activities, administrative support, and non-technical facility operations support for the Simulation Division, all associated laboratories, the projects supported by these laboratories, simulation based initiatives, and other associated activities. The Simulation Division RDT&E laboratory activities include research and development of requirements for aviation systems, supporting system development, providing developmental and operational flight test support, and providing life-cycle operational support to include system enhancement, procedure refinement, and accident investigations. Lab operational requirements include the set up, configuration, maintenance, operations, upgrade and sustainment of RDT&E hardware-in-the-loop manned and unmanned aviation simulation systems and the supporting simulation infrastructure.
