The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with 901D, LLC for Externally Isolated BARE Racks P/N: 100-KA-1575-BARE listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). 901D, LLC is a Large Business and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) who designed and manufactures the Externally Isolated BARE Racks for AN/SPN-46(V)6, P/N: 100-KA-1575-BARE. They maintain propriety rights on their drawings and equipment cannot be reproduced or used for purposes of manufacture or otherwise without permission from 901D, making them an only source. They have no authorized Distributors/Resellers.
