The contractor shall provide up to 1.0 flight hour for an aircraft survey in the Mi-35 and up to 1.0 flight hour for additional safety pilots in either the Mi-35 or Mi-17 (however, no more than 2.0 hours total). The flight(s) will be conducted with a USNTPS instructor pilot between the dates of Oct 18th and October 20th (Option) The contractor shall provide an option for up to 21.0 demonstration flight hours (planned for 28 total flights, 45 minutes each flight) in the Mi-35 and/or the Mi-17 to USNTPS students and instructors to support a QE exercise. The flights will be conducted between the dates of 11 April - 27 May 2022 (tentatively planned for 1-7 May 2022). An updated cost estimate will be provided, prior to exercising this option. Flight demonstrations shall take place either from the Vertol Systems Company ramp in Crestview, FL or Lake Havasu City Airport, AZ (typical site of the student/instructor QE exercise).
