The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Electromet Corporation for Cabinet Assembly, Internally Isolated as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This notice is intent to sole source with Electromet Corporation. Electroment Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer with no authorized distributors/resellers. Items must be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. SAIW TPOC to pick the items up from Hagerstown, MD factory.
