The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Atlantic BroadBand, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Atlantic Broadband is only available directly from them as they are the only source for cable TV in St. Mary’s County, Atlantic Broadband partnering with IT Department engineered and deployed an IT solution that is specific to PAXR and the existing IT infrastructure to include the zoned network transport configuration. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Delivery Date is 05/01/2021 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received. If a bid is received from another vendor, you must be an authorized distributer with Atlantic Broadband and will need to be able to keep Atlantic Broadband Warranty.
