The requested software and license must be Real?Time Innovations (RTI) products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The requested license and software support are specifically designated to be compliant with the existing licensed software products, operating systems, and hardware platforms, and cannot be substituted with another manufacturer’s product. .
