The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source with General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. The requested products must General Dynamics, P/N: FX100, Encryptor P/N: 02-2842264-1, and P/N:FX1G, Encryptor PN: 02-2842264-2 under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The requested have been previously researched selected, and qualified for the use by the program. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
