Solicitation N00421-20-T-0027 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source with HP under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The majority of the equipment that comprises the information system is a HP platform (servers, storage, desktops, laptops, etc...) and a great deal of network services have been tailored to support a HP environment. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Award all or none. Items must be TAA Compliant. See Attached RFQ: Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-20-T-XXXX) on your quote. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. Only brand name responses will be considered.
