The Ethernet Switch/Router must be ONTime Networks LLC products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The quoted items must be the exact part number. ONTime Network, LLC is the OEM of the Ethernet Switch and Router and is compatible existing compatible equipment. The Upgrade Project will leverage what is currently being used for the CV-22 architecture and location of the equipment, reducing non-recurring engineering efforts on the project. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
