This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (reference Notice of Intent Synopsis dated 21 August 2019) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, with its attachments, constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, on a brand name basis for Part Number (P/N): FieldGo L9 Portable Controllers manufactured by Broadax Systems Inc. (BSI), (CAGE:0HMV5). The procedures of FAR Part 12 and Part 13.5 will be utilized for this commercial brand name specific acquisition. Solicitation N00421-20-R-0111 is hereby provided as Attachment (1). Delivery Schedule: Twenty (20) Chassis to be delivered 3 weeks after award of contract Forty (40) Chassis to be delivered 90 days after award of contract Forty (40) Chassis to be delivered 120 days after award of contract *****Early delivery accepted**** Invoicing: All invoicing shall be submitting into Wide Area Workflow for payment after ALL material is received in the condition as stated. All responsible interested parties may submit a proposal or capability statement, by 4:00 p.m. on 23 December 2019 via e-mail to linda.loving@navy.mil. This notice is a request for brand name specific proposals; however, all responses and proposals received before the closing date and time of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Responses should include a company name, point of contact, address, phone and fax numbers, email, and applicable company product literature. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to proceed with award of brand name specific procurement as outlined herein is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided, nor return any information provided. No request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice, and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a brand name specific action based on the responses received.
