Award - April 2020 Original Notice: The purpose of this notice is to provide a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for CMMARS-KRACEn. Potential offerors are requested to provide feedback/comments/questions. See attached draft PWS. Notice: This contract effort is anticipated to be 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates issuing a final RFP in December 2019 with proposal submissions due in January 2020. The Government anticipates an award in April 2020. Notice: The Government anticipates posting additional documents and/or hosting a pre-solicitation conference for this MAC prior to the release of the final RFP. Requirement: The CMMARS-KRACEn scope provides Contractor Logistics Support services for full aircraft support for small satellite sites and less than full aircraft maintenance. CMMARS-KRACEn efforts include kit build and/or modification installs, repair and/or retrieval of downed aircraft (AOG situations), augmentation, component level work, and aircraft engines. * Kits/Kitting, and installation/modification services (Technical Directives, Supplemental Type Certificates); * Repair and/or Recovery of aircraft on ground (AOG); * Labor augmentation to support Organizational (O), Intermediate (I), and Depot (D) maintenance activities; * Component repair, overhaul, rework or maintenance; * Aircraft engines overhaul and/or repairs; * Landing gear, propeller, and rotor maintenance, repair, overhaul, or rework; * On and off-site aircraft washes, painting and corrosion control; * Support equipment maintenance, calibration, repair, overhaul, and/or rework; * Aircraft contractor logistics support (CLS) for off-aircraft support, and/or satellite site small operations. Response Submission Deadline: Responses to the attached draft PWS must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, on 26 NOV 2019. Submissions will be accepted as email attachments only. All responses must be sent to crystal.ashton@navy.mil with "CMMARS-KRACEn Draft PWS Feedback" in the subject line.
