The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to Anark Corporation per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Anark software and services are only available directly from the manufacturer. Anark Corporation is the sole provider for Anark software, specifically, Anark Core™, and maintenance. Anark Core™ provides NAVAIR 100% accurate translation and publishing of model-based definition data (MBD) in multiple native CAD formats, including CATIA. Anark Core™ also supports the import and merging of multiple streams of data from CAD, PLM, ERP, etc. and publishing of that data to user-defined 3D PDF and MBEWeb templates. This enables NAVAIR to design, develop and modify their document templates to meet their specific mission requirements within PMA-261. Anark Core™ also supports automated publishing workflows from PMA-261's PLM system. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210 Software Publishers.
