Statement of Work SCOPE AC13000 Radar, Antenna and Sensor Fusion (RAS) Engineering Division’s Radar and Computational Electromagnetics Modeling (RACEMM) Laboratory possesses a state-of-the-art facility providing detailed Modeling and Simulation (M&S) for antennas and Radio Frequency (RF) Systems onboard Naval platforms. BACKGROUND RACEMM performs specialized computational electromagnetics (CEM) modeling which require highly accurate and fast, elite CEM software licenses to meet customer requirements. REQUIREMENTS The vendor supplied services shall include: Two new licenses of WIPL-D Pro DDS, 8xGPU Solver (1,000,000 unknowns). Two license renewal for existing WIPL-D Pro DDS, 8xGPU Solver (1,000,000 unknowns). One license for Linux Cluster renewal/upgrade from 10 to 13 nodes, 3xGPU per node (1,000,000 unknowns). One license renewal of WIPL-D PRO, ProCAD, Optimizer, Time Domain Solver, Microwave Pro (30,000 unknowns). Four license renewals of WIPL-D Pro, ProCAD, Optimizer (30,000 unknowns). IGES CAD file type converter renewal. STEP CAD file type converter renewal. One license of WIPL-D Pro, 3xGPU Solver (100,000 unknowns). Three licenses of WIPL-D Pro (15,000 unknowns). DELIVERABLES Contractor shall deliver the following service to NAVAIR, Bldg 2187 Rm 3121, 48110 Shaw RD, Patuxent River, MD 20670-1906. Delivery date is based on days after contract award (DAC). All products delivered as a result of the service actions shall be licensed for the contract period and allows the ability to receive technical support and any new versions of the software within contract period. Additional licenses and maintenance/technical support services for 14 licenses, as identified above in the requirements. Deliverable Delivery Date WIPL-D Software Licenses Upgrade 30 days from contract award PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of performance for this SOW is one year from 31 August 2020.
