The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Hewlett Packard (HP) Workstation Towers and Network Interface Controller (NIC) Cards, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) byFAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Brand Name Only! No Substitute Items will be accepted. ITEMS MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT. Vendor must be AUTHORIZED HEWLETT PACKARD DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER. VENDOR MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENATION OTHERWISE WILL BE DISQUALFIED. While not set aside preference will be given to Small Businesses. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
