The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name/ Sole Source basis with Pratt & Whitney under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part. The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-20-Q-0329) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code, estimated delivery date, POC email and grand total amount. Award all or none. Payment Terms: Net 30 The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 5:00 pm on 19 June 2020.
