Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 15 June 2020. Solicitation N0042120Q0292 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Cornet Technology, Inc. under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. ***Basis for Award*** The specified parts are identical to parts already fielded and are required for compatibility to meet operational requirements with other TVCS Omni platforms. All design, engineering, and manufacturing are done in-house giving Cornet complete control over all aspects of product development, including test and verification, documentation, manufacturing, quality control, and service, limiting competition. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Cornet Technology, Inc. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
