The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-priced basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Amphenol Aerospace and Commercial Air under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. Contractor must be registered in Beta-System for Award Management (Beta-SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense Contract. This can be accomplished electronically at https://beta.sam.gov/vendor.cfm The Government will not pay for any information received. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals, MUST be received no later than 4 P.M. EST 12/31/19. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
