Solicitation N00421-20-Q0041 is issued as an intent to be a sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with CaVU Consulting for 160 Hours Air Traffic Control for Subject Matter Expert, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes receiver by Friday, 8 November 2019, by close of business 4:00 pm. Vendor must be an authorized distributor. A determination by the Government not compete this propsed contract based upon the respnses to this noteice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
