The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order. All products must be manufactured by HP and Logitech under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The products must be HP and Logitech to ensure interoperability with existing systems. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-19-T-XXXX) on your quote. Award all or none Items must be brand new. Please include your Cage Code. The vendor must be an authorized HP Federal Partner. Your authorized distributor letter must accompany your quote. Requested items must be TAA Compliant. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB Origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Award is expected 18 March 2019. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 3:00pm est., on 18 March 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
