The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division Atlantic Test Range (5.2.4) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price contract with MicroSemi Frequency and Time Corporation for a MicroSemi Sync Server S650. This is a BRAND Name requirement and only MicroSemi Sync Server S650 will be accepted from an authorized Reseller. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335313, Size Standard of 1,250 employees, PSC code 6645. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE Items are expected on or before 30 September 2019. Shipment must be coordinated with the TPOC prior to the shipments arrival. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
