The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Department, Patuxent River, MD, 20670, in support of NAWCAD 4.1.14, intends to award a sole-source contract using FAR 15 procedures to Georgia Tech Research Institute, 7220 Richardson Rd. NE, Smyrna, GA 30080, to purchase five (5) state-of-the-art small unmanned aerial systems (UAS) equipped with a software-defined radio (SDR), and associated training and technical support. The Government intends to award this contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2373. Anticipated PSC: 5895 (Miscellaneous Communication Equipment).
