Introduction The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division Atlantic Test Range (5.2.4) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order crane lift services to lift a 45,000 pound shelter and place it on top of an existing shelter with a 270-ton crane. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532412, Size Standard of $32,500,000, PSC code 3810. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE Items are expected on or before 01 August 2019. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
