This requirement is in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) 6.8 Corporate Business Office (CBO) / AIR 6.0 Logistics Acquisition Cell. This DRAFT SOLICITATION is for a comprehensive range of support services including Acquisition Management, Acquisition Planning and Acquisition Execution, Administration, Program Management, Acquisition Systems Engineering, and Financial Management detailed in the DRAFT SOLICITATION package. The DRAFT SOLICITATION package includes drafts of the Statement of Work, Section L, and Section M. It is anticipated that this requirement will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It is anticipated that this procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611. The small business size standard is $15M. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is subject to change. It is further anticipated this will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) effort with a level of effort of 480,000 man-hours over a five (5) year ordering period. A Presolicitation Notice (N00421-18-R-0081) for this effort was posted on 16 August 2018, and updated 07 November 2018. This is a follow-on requirement that is currently satisfied under contract number W15QKN-15-D-0007, which was awarded by the Army. Potential offerors may submit written comments or questions to the DRAFT SOLICITATION no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 09 January 2019. Comments or questions may be sent via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Lucas Horan at lucas.j.horan@navy.mil. All questions will be addressed in a question and answer section provided along with the final RFP. This is not a request for capability statements. The Government anticipates that this RFP will be released mid-January 2019. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS.gov website. This requirement is subject to change based on the Government's need. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for monitoring the site for any amendments.
