In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program (PMA- 226), Contracted Air Services (CAS), Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC is requesting proposals for Fighter Jet Services (FJS). The resulting contract is for Fleet training and exercise support through Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) aircraft to the Department of the Navy (DON), other Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies, non-DoD Government agencies, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The resulting vehicle will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Performance-Based, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a four-year, 364-day ordering period to be effective on 03 November 2020 and ending on 01 November 2025. This acquisition will be awarded on the basis of full and open competition. The requirement is a follow-on procurement to contract N00019-15-D-0026.
