INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division U. S. Naval Test Pilot School (5.1) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with SynQor, Inc. 155 Swanson Rd. Boxborough, MA 01719 (Cage: 1WX10) for the purchase of three (3) IU Rackmount 400 Hz Power Invertors. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, this announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 221122, Size Standard of 1,000; PSC Code 6625. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE 30 September 2019 ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
