The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for repairs of ETI0001-2229AM with Energy Technology, Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time 10-SEP-2019. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. All other information is in the attached RFQ.
