INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division, (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Analytical Graphics, Inc. for three (3) additional licenses and support of eight (8) enterprise licenses of the Systems Tool Kit (STK) software package. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511, Size Standard of $27,500,000.00 , PSC code 7030. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE PoP: 01 June 2019 - 31 May 2022 ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
